Le cabinet de recrutement Les Phénix, présent à Paris, Lyon et Nantes, recrute pour son client, une agence de voyages en ligne, un Digital Acquisition Director (H/F).

Key Responsibilities: 

Strategic Leadership 

  • Define and implement an ambitious acquisition strategy aimed at doubling the new member acquisition rate within one year. 
  • 360° Visionary: Oversee all acquisition campaigns with a full funnel approach. 

Performance Optimization 

  • Maximize the generation of new members and reactivate dormant members 
  • Optimize acquisition costs: Slash acquisition costs by 5% and boost ROI by 5% within a year. 
  • Develop flexible budget allocation and optimize investment distribution. 

Innovation and Collaboration 

  • Tech advocate: Collaborate with our Product, Data, and Tech squads to integrate cutting-edge martech solutions. 
  • Implement advanced attribution models to track and improve campaign performance 
  • Partnership Guru: Amp up strategic partner contributions and forge game-changing local alliances. 

Budget Management 

  • Manage and optimize a rapidly growing acquisition budget exceeding €10M 
  • Develop a flexible budgetary allocation strategy to maximize ROI across all channels 

Team Leadership 

  • Lead and develop a high performing, engaged team of 8 Traffic Managers. 
  • Foster a culture of performance, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team. 

Profil recherché

Qualifications and Experience: 

  • Master's degree or equivalent 
  • Proven successful managerial experience in an agency or client-side role 
  • Track record of leading a team of at least 6 people in a competitive and constantly evolving environment 
  • Operational expertise in all paid acquisition channels (SEA, SMA, etc.) and proficiency with relevant tools
