Compétences phenix is looking for a Sell Out Project Manager International H/F for Nuxe.

Your role will consist in :

- Developing in store strategy and tactics for growth via sell out initiatives and animation activities according the typology of POS

- Developement of tools / guidelines to improve skills of the teams and efficiency

• Creation of a SELLING TECHNIQUES TRAINING BOOK 
• Development of transversal tools : SO bible, training guidelines, Perfect store guidelines (merchandising, …)

- Creation of opening tool box (assortment, brochure …)

- Establishing and managing testers and samples policy for sales, training teams- Local implementation of the new B to B platform for affiliates (training, information, animation of the community) + guidelines towards countries for local animation

- Animation of the SO managers team, optimalisation of the processes in and Team effectiveness

- Competitive reviews of competitors activities (launches, 360 activations), market trends to insight global teams

- Cooperating closely with Sales, Marketing (local & HQ)

Profil recherché

Personal and Technical Skills :

You have great leadership, excellent communication skills and are fluent in English.

You come from a commercial background with an international experience.

You master the following tools: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
