Compétences Phenix is looking for a Marketing and Communication Manager (H/F) for a PREMIUM accessories creator brand. (LYON)

Reports to : Global VP Marketing Sport & Luxury

Direct reports : Jr Marketing Manager

Position Summary :

  • To increase the reach and impact of the brand and visibility through the delivery of high value and influential marketing, communications and PR strategies. To achieve this she/he will work with the product, digital and sales teams, developing and implementing a marketing and communications strategy across a range of reactive and strategically planned opportunities in print, media, events and online. She/he will manage budgets necessary to bring strategies to life.

Main Missions :

Communication – 70%

  • Definition of communication guidelines which have to be applied by local teams.
  • Responsible for media plan, editorial calendar and internal and external communications as related to area of responsibility to be shared with Digital, Trade and Sales teams.
  • Development of a media relations strategy that promotes, protects and builds on the brand reputation and ensures alignment with brand strategies and priorities
  • Collaborating with the Digital Marketing Manager to help leverage and optimize the website, e-marketing tools, SEO/SEM, social media channels and other digital marketing tactics.
  • Manage and enrich influencers and ambassadors ecosystem. 
  • Responsibility for all influencers related topics (updated event calendar and factsheets, contracts follow-up, etc.)
  • Drive increased brand representation of influencers / artists from brand defining campaigns to Category concepts to 365 editorial
  • Support local markets for selecting and managing relevant top-quality influencer and ambassadors’ national portfolio
  • Design and contribute to unique stories, interesting topics, new formats and top media content for group brands platforms and channel

Marketing – 30%

  • Strategizing campaigns leveraging both traditional (collateral, print advertising, direct mail, etc.) and digital
  • Oversee creation of compelling, engaging content to support content-driven integrated strategy.
  • Help identify the most effective communication channels to reach relevant target groups and help to feed these channels with the appropriate messaging.
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
