Compétences Phenix is looking for a Sport Content Specialist for RED BULL (CDD).

Purpose of the job

The Sports Content Specialist executes the creative vision of the Head of Content for her/his market. Working closely with Programming and Communication teams, the Sports Content Specialist develop and produce content, from social assets to serialized formats and occasionally long-form pieces. She/He is responsible for the creative quality, distinctiveness, strength of narrative storytelling or execution and her/his goal is to create content that will reach and engage key local - and when appropriate international - audiences and business needs.

Content production

Develops and produces innovative, high-quality content that is always in line with the brand attitudes, values and quality standards of Red Bull.

Ensures that all productions are executed in line with the Red Bull Media House Production Management guidelines and requirements (i.e. proper rights clearance, delivery standards, metadata, production schedules, budgets, etc.)

Content innovation

Identifies and develops new story angles for existing projects, genres and recurring content opportunities (Athlete Projects, Opinion Leaders, Events, Team Presentations, On Premise, Consumption Occasions etc.).

Build a strong network

Works with top production partners and talent in the local market, to deliver state-of-the-art content from editorial to technical perspectives. Builds and maintains a network of companies, creative professionals, agencies, co-producers and partners within the specific country. Collaborates regularly with international Red Bull producers, ensuring full transparency regarding project status and timelines.

Profil recherché

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • Likely to be a content Producer by background, who has a proven track record for developing and executing world class content for target audiences in the market.
  • 4+ years overall media employment in TV production, commissioning or similar, ideally in factual entertainment, documentary or reality.
  • Most recent work experience preferably as a staff member of a major TV network or large production company, or uninterrupted freelance work for top-tier companies.
